Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must self-identify as present/former user of mental health services (lived experience).
• Must complete a state-approved training program and pass a standardized exam.
• Must meet minimum requirements to be clinically privileged by FCC Behavioral Health.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual assistance to person(s)-served in assessing mental health services and accompany to appointments.
• Act as liaison between person(s)-served and community resources.
• Train, coach and support daily living skills including budgeting and paying bills.
• Accompany person(s)-served to community activities when appropriate.
• Follow up on appointments, forms, receipts, and related tasks.
• Maintain professional competencies through ongoing training.
