Job summary

Eastpark Church in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Youth Pastor to lead ministries for middle school, high school, and young adults. The role involves mobilizing teams, teaching regularly, and participating on the Leadership Team.

We will consider both full time and part time positions to meet candidates needs. You will recruit and lead volunteers, contribute to the weekend teaching, and help manage a ministry budget while advancing our mission to transform people through Jesus.

Qualifications

• Must model a godly character and authentic relationship with Jesus.
• Proven leadership and ability to mobilize volunteers across ministries.
• Ability to teach students and young adults regularly and clearly.
• Experience coordinating teams and managing ministry budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Middle School Ministry (grades 6–8), High School Ministry (grades 9–12), and Young Adults.
• Serve on the Leadership Team and participate in Weekend Teaching when appropriate.
• Recruit, resource, empower, encourage and care for volunteers.
• Develop and oversee ministry budgets and administrative tasks.
