Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business communications or closely related field; or associate degree and 2 years related experience.
• Sales, outreach and admissions experience or similar youth program background is acceptable.
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct recruitment activities and engage with outreach partners.
• Coordinate receptions for accepted candidates into the program.
• Monitor student progress including length of stay and separation.
• Maintain logs of organizations contacted, referrals, and enrollments.
