Daybreak in Dayton, OH seeks a full-time leader to guide outreach and engagement for at-risk youth. You will partner with schools, child welfare, and community agencies to expand referrals and coordinate trauma-informed services at a Drop-In Center.

The role supervises intake and outreach staff, ensures timely screenings, and aligns operations with funder requirements while improving access to shelter and housing resources.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, human services, sociology, criminal justice or related field.
• LSW license preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in social services, nonprofit, administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.

Mansioni

• Develops outreach strategies to engage runaway, homeless, and at-risk youth and young adults.
• Builds partnerships with community agencies to increase referrals and awareness.
• Oversees daily Drop-In Center operations and trauma-informed day services.
• Supervises Intake Specialist and Outreach Care Coordinators.
• Monitors KPIs, data, and grant compliance; prepares reports for funders.
