Qualifications

• Piano/keyboard proficiency is required.
• Experience as a music director, vocal coach, accompanist, choir director, or in a similar role is preferred.
• Experience in musical theater is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend all rehearsals, dress rehearsals, and performances.
• Collaborate with the musical team to develop and polish student-created melodies into songs.
• Record rehearsal tracks for students to use independently and practice between rehearsals.
• Provide piano/keyboard accompaniment during rehearsals and performances.
• Teach, rehearse, and support the student cast in learning all musical numbers.
• Encourage students’ musical growth, confidence, and creativity throughout the rehearsal process.
