Job summary

i9 Sports - Wilmington & Jacksonville, NC is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Coaching Instructor to lead multi-sport activities for children aged 3–6. You’ll guide sessions on Saturdays (with occasional evenings), teaching soccer, flag football, and T-Ball/Coach Pitch in a structured, playful setting.

Ideal candidates are energetic, enjoy working with kids, and can communicate well with parents. Training is provided on-site; uniforms are supplied, with opportunities for growth within the program.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, enthusiastic and confident engaging with young children and parents.
• Familiarity with soccer, football, or baseball basics (passion matters more than expert knowledge).
• Punctual, motivated leader reliable for weekly sessions.
• Must pass a National Criminal Background Check for player safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fun: run organized practices and games with our instructor team.
• Teach fundamentals: introduce sports basics through engaging games for kids.
• Be a role model: promote sportsmanship and positive vibes at every session.
