Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a Soccer Instructor to lead practices and provide expert instruction for children ages 3 to 10, delivering the i9 Sports Experience and a positive youth sports culture.

This role requires weekend availability and strong communication with players and parents. Training and development opportunities are offered, along with a competitive salary and a performance-based bonus. You will work at multiple local locations and collaborate with volunteer coaches.

• Highly motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings.
• Must pass a National Criminal Background Check.

The Soccer Instructor is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field. This sport instructor will work directly with kids ages 3 to 10 and parent volunteer coaches.

• Mid Atlantic Community Church (Saturdays starting 9/12/26)
• Anne Arundel Community College (Saturdays starting 9/12/26)
• Mitchellville South Park (Sundays starting 9/13/26)

• Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, :7 weeks)
