Job summary

Young Life is seeking a Teacher Staff to participate in ministry through training and direct field service. The role emphasizes serving as a model of faith, personal growth, and outreach to students and volunteers within a Christ-centered framework.

You will engage in spiritual development, leadership development, resource development, direct ministry, and ministry support, with opportunities to lead clubs, campaigns, and camping programs that impact communities and families.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop yearly personal growth plan for spiritual life.
• Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development.
• Recruit and train leaders to build a leadership team that reflects the community.
• Plan and conduct a Young Life club and Campaigners/discipleship ministry with excellence.
• Lead a team to implement a summer and school-season camping strategy for a ministry.
• Serve on a summer assignment at a Young Life camp each year.
• Adhere to Young Life policies and ensure professional office conduct and time management.
• Provide clear, prompt, and professional communication to volunteers, parents, and donors.
