Job summary

4000 Archdiocese Of Seattle Payroll Svc is seeking a Youth Ministry Leader in Vancouver, WA for part-time work. The role focuses on planning, coordinating and leading year-round youth ministry for grades 6-12, with events and programs as the core deliverables.

A strong emphasis on evangelization, discipleship, and community engagement guides daily activities. You will recruit and support volunteers, communicate with families, and ensure compliance with Archdiocesan requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior youth ministry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement youth ministry programming for grades 6-12.
• Promote the program to families, schools and the broader community.
• Provide leadership for all youth ministry gatherings and activities.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for youth and volunteers.
• Recruit, coordinate and communicate with volunteers and families.
• Maintain the youth ministry calendar and share schedules with families.
• Plan summer activities and ensure Archdiocesan safety requirements.
