Job summary

Sandals Church in Corona, California is seeking a Youth Lead who can cast vision, build a healthy volunteer team of adults and students, and shepherd students toward Jesus through discipleship and relational leadership.

Youth Lead will recruit and develop leaders, oversee midweek experiences, teach the Bible with clarity, and coordinate communication, scheduling, and events across campuses, all while fostering a culture of authenticity, discipleship, and joyful community for Gen Z learners.

Qualifications

• Experience discipling students and developing leaders (<140 chars).
• Ability to cast vision and cultivate authentic culture (<140 chars).
• Strong communication with students, parents, and volunteers (<140 chars).
• Organized with ability to oversee multiple moving parts (<140 chars).

Responsibilities

• Cast compelling vision for Sandals Youth and shape culture.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and train volunteers.
• Create welcoming, discipleship-focused midweek youth experience.
• Teach the Bible clearly and engage students.
• Oversee communication, scheduling, and weekly planning.
