Job summary

Sandals Church is seeking an on-site Worship Leader for the Hunter Park Youth campus. You will oversee worship experiences, develop volunteer musicians and vocalists, and coordinate service flow with campus leadership.

The role emphasizes spiritual maturity and musical excellence within a collaborative team context. You will manage auditions, rehearsals, and instrument care, while serving as the main liaison for musicians and production.

Qualifications

• Experience leading worship teams and coordinating volunteers.
• Ability to schedule, train, and develop musicians and vocalists.
• Familiarity with service planning and music direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead worship on platform at all assigned services.
• Schedule and develop a full team of musicians and leaders.
• Prepare service flow and setlists with accurate chords.
• Facilitate rehearsals with Band and Production.
• Maintain team rosters in Planning Center and CCB.
• Attend campus meetings and support cross-ministry efforts.
• Serve as primary contact for musicians and gear.
