LifeBridge Community Church is seeking a passionate Youth Pastor to lead and grow our youth ministry. You will create environments where students build meaningful relationships, encounter Jesus, and discover their purpose within a thriving faith community.

The role engages youth inside and outside the church through discipleship, events, mentorship, and partnerships, inviting the next generation to live out their faith and serve others.

• Growing authentic relationship with Jesus Christ.

• Passion for reaching and discipling the next generation.
• Strong communication, teaching, and leadership skills.
• Ability to engage youth and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all youth ministry programs, gatherings, services and events.
• Create welcoming environments where students feel valued and connected.
• Develop biblically grounded curriculum, small groups and discipleship.
• Recruit, train and support youth volunteers and leaders.
• Foster spiritual growth and leadership development among students.
• Build relationships with schools, community orgs and churches.
