Responsibilities

• Provide weekly biblical teaching and discipleship for students in worship settings.
• Build intentional relationships with students and families.
• Develop student ministry activities, events, and outreach opportunities.
• Recruit and train adult volunteers for student ministry.
• Partner with parents in teenagers' spiritual development.
• Foster a safe, welcoming environment and communicate ministry plans to leadership.
• Manage the student ministry budget and calendar.
