SBC Executive Committee is seeking a full‑time youth minister in Dunlap, TN to lead middle and high school ministry. The role requires biblical teaching, mentoring, and coordination of student activities to help families grow in faith within the local church community.

The ideal candidate will have a college degree in Christian studies or two years of student ministry experience, a strong personal walk with God, and a commitment to SBC doctrine.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Must live within the community.
• High ethical standards per Scripture and SBC doctrine.

Responsabilités

• Support church leadership, including the senior pastor.
• Participate in major church events outside youth ministry.
• Invest in and equip mature students to develop Christian leadership.
• Coordinate all student activities.
• Share the Gospel and create opportunities for students to come to faith in Christ.
• Conduct Wednesday night youth service.
• Plan year‑round events (conferences, retreats, outreach/mission).
• Create and maintain annual student ministry budget.
• Teach Sunday School.
