Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities, and accompany clients to community settings to advance personal goals.

Full and part-time positions are available, with a focus on compassionate, reliable care and strong communication. A flexible schedule and weekly pay are offered as part of a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support and skill-building activities.
