Seneca Family of Agencies in Salinas, CA, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead the Day Treatment Intensive location, overseeing clinical quality, operations, safety, and staff development while partnering with the Program Director to recruit and mentor a strong team.

CA BBS licensed LCSW/LMFT/LPCC is required. Salary starts at $96,074–$110,074 per year with a $2,000 sign-on bonus, bilingual pay, relocation assistance, and generous PTO/holidays.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology/Counseling/Social Work or related field.
• Fully licensed with California BBS: LCSW, LMFT or LPCC.
• 3 years of experience in crisis program or related field.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Day Treatment Intensive location quality and operations.
• Manage recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff.
• Collaborate with partners and referral sources.
• Ensure compliance with clinical documentation and reporting.
• Lead risk assessments, intakes, and family sessions.
