Job summary

Seneca Family of Agencies seeks a Program Supervisor to lead a Day Treatment Intensive location, oversee clinical quality, operations, safety, and staff development. You will work with the Program Director to recruit, train, and mentor a strong team and build community relationships.

You will supervise clinical documents, conduct risk assessments, and facilitate groups as needed, ensuring youth safety and program excellence in Salinas, CA.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work.
• Fully licensed with California BBS: LCSW, LMFT or LPCC.
• 3 years of experience in crisis program or related field.
• Management experience preferred.
• At least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall quality of the Day Treatment Intensive location.
• Perform personnel functions including interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluation of staff.
• Participate in regular meetings with collaborating community partners.
• Maintain positive relationships with referral sources.
• Prepare and submit program reports.
