Job summary

Zarephath seeks a Life Success Specialist to work with youth ages 5–17 and families in Mesa, Gilbert, and Chandler. You will teach life skills, lead community activities, and support reunification with DCS while documenting progress and outcomes.

The role requires 1+ year in youth-focused behavioral health, a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and a valid driver’s license with a suitable vehicle for transporting youth; CPR/First Aid and clearances are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in youth-focused behavioral health.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 21+ with valid driver’s license and insured vehicle to transport youth.
• Fingerprint clearance, CPR/First Aid, and TB test.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 life skills training using assessment tools.
• Plan therapeutic activities and community outings.
• Support reunification efforts with DCS.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain documentation.
