Job summary

Zarephath is seeking a Life Success Specialist to work with youth ages 5-17 and their families in Apache Junction, San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, and Florence. You will deliver individualized support, teach daily life skills, and coordinate with DCS to promote family stability in the community.

The role involves traveling across the valley, flexible hours, and building practical skills through hands-on activities and documentation to track progress and milestones.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in youth-focused behavioral health.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in a related field preferred.
• Must be 21+ with a valid Driver's License and an insured personal vehicle (100K/300K coverage) to transport youth.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/First Aid, and a negative TB test.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-1 support to youth and caregivers across Apache Junction, San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, and Florence.
• Teach life skills and use assessments to identify needs and promote independence.
• Plan therapeutic activities, sports, and recreational outings in local venues to make learning hands-on.
• Collaborate with DCS to support family reunification and stability.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain high-quality documentation.
