Responsibilities

• Coordinate YSL meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, communication, and follow‑up.
• Plan, coordinate, and support summer camps and other seasonal youth programs.
• Oversee YSL activities, including fundraising events and community service projects.
• Oversee YSL activities, including monthly city council activity reports.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts to promote youth activities and recruit new members.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and county requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and budgets.
• Attend monthly office meetings.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned or changed as needed.
