Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate or GED.
• Passion for working with youth and ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and teamwork.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new tech.
• 21+ with valid driver’s license to drive Club vehicles if applicable.
• Safety‑minded with willingness to uphold BGCV policies.

Responsibilities

• Develops and facilitates programs using a formal curriculum.
• Directly runs programming and high‑yield activities in assigned area.
• Fosters youth leadership and inclusive attitudes.
• Plans leadership projects and community service events.
• Administers outcome measurement tools and tracking.
• Delivers programs with high energy and positivity.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and organization of spaces.
• Adheres to policies and maintains equipment in good order.
• Provides positive guidance and supervision with members.
• Travel between BGCAZ branches and sites as needed.
