Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida in Jacksonville seeks a Part-Time Youth Development Program (Character and Leadership) staff member. You will plan, supervise, and deliver programs for members aged 6–18, focusing on health, leadership, and citizenship, with after-school hours.

Work 2.5–3 hours daily, Monday to Friday, between 2 PM and 7 PM, indoors and outdoors as needed. You will help recruit youth, coordinate Keystone/ Torch activities, and ensure safety while building positive

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing Character and Leadership programs for members of all ages.
• Recruiting and retaining youth for Character and Leadership programs.
• Working with staff to implement programs throughout the school year.
• Maintain a Student Advisory Committee.
• Complete a yearly service-learning project.
• Ensure safety and supervision in all activities.
