Job summary

Harmonium is seeking a Youth Leader Sub for PM shift in San Diego, CA. This part-time role involves supervising youth, leading interactive activities, and assisting with homework across multiple sites. Candidates should be 18+, have 6 months of relevant experience, 48 college units or pass a proficiency exam, and hold Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification.

Travel within San Diego County may be required. Starting rate is $22.25 per hour with benefits including a 403b plan, sick leave, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• 6 months experience in an after school program or group child care setting.
• 48 completed college units or pass the District's Classroom Assistant Proficiency Exam.
• Must have a valid Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification upon hire.
• Ability to travel throughout the county to meet job duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of youth in the program.
• Lead enriching activities such as interactive games and arts & crafts.
• Uncover new and engaging ways to assist youth with homework.
• Provide coverage at multiple locations throughout San Diego.
