Job summary

Community Impact Programs in Kenosha, WI is hiring a full-time Youth Justice Services Worker to support at-risk youth through intensive supervision and positive youth development. You will monitor youth, deliver individual/group/family counseling, and assist families in establishing rules and expectations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, or a related field, reliable transportation, and a commitment to community service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client situations, capabilities, and problems to determine services required to meet the treatment needs of the client.
• Create individual client treatment plans.
• Facilitate treatment/educational group sessions for clients on a weekly basis.
• Monitor client behavior by conducting in-person visits each workday.
• Attend client/family court proceedings.
• Organize and facilitate structured group, individual, and/or family activities.
