This role is essential for providing direct support to high-risk students and their families, promoting positive educational options tailored to each student's needs.

Working full-time, you will engage with students both in school and within the community. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a human services field and experience with youth in challenging situations.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation daily.
• One year of experience working with high-risk youth and families is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain one-on-one contact with clients in school and family contact as needed.
• Monitor clients' attendance, behavior, and grades and report findings.
• Create and review individual client's Plans of Care.
• Organize and facilitate structured group and individual activities.

Skills

Reliable transportation
