You will serve as a primary contact, assess needs, connect families with housing, healthcare, and counseling, and advocate to help stabilize families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle.
• Ability to pass all required background clearances.
• Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy for families navigating social service and legal systems.
• Connect families with community resources such as housing, financial assistance, healthcare, and counseling.
• Monitor family progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust service plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet program requirements.
• Transport clients using your personal vehicle as necessary.
