Responsibilities

• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary treatment team
• Assess, plan, and implement psychotherapeutic services for patients
• Provide individual and family psychotherapy, facilitate process groups
• Coordinate care with external providers at admission and discharge as relevant
• Lend therapy expertise to the treatment team and across the organization
• Support other therapists and associates; participate in case conferences and rounds
• Potentially supervise Master’s level family therapy, counseling, or social work associates or interns
