Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is seeking a dedicated individual to lead youth soccer and STEAM-based enrichment for children aged 1–12. You will deliver curriculum, ensure a safe, inclusive atmosphere, and mentor instructors in a fast-paced environment.

You will also support marketing and enrollment efforts, assist with communications, and help with scheduling and data entry. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and professional service.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (teaching, coaching, childcare, or similar)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic proficiency with technology (email, spreadsheets, social media platforms)
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
• High school diploma required, college coursework in education, marketing, or related field preferred
• Maintain an active CRP, 1st Aid, and AED certification (youth preferred)
• Enthusiastic, patient, and engaging personality
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
• Professional and dependable

Responsibilities

• Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and experiences
• Train and mentor instructors
• Demonstrate lots of patience and high positive energy
• Assist in promoting programs through social media, email campaigns, and community outreach
• Represent the company at events, schools, and community functions
• Support enrollment efforts by communicating program value to prospective families
• Support sales and marketing efforts to grow the business
• Help capture photos/videos (with permission) for marketing use
• Maintain knowledge of programs, pricing, and promotions to support sales conversations
• Handle class scheduling, attendance tracking, and basic reporting
• Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
• Maintain organized records and ensure accurate data entry
• Support inventory management for supplies and materials
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Job description

General responsibilities are listed below, but not limited to the following.

Youth Instruction & Program Delivery: (60 - 90% of the time)

• Lead engaging, age-appropriate soccer & STEAM-based enrichment classes and camps for children ages 1–12

Marketing & Sales Support: (20 - 40% of the time)

• Assist in promoting programs through social media, email campaigns, and community outreach
• Represent the company at events, schools, and community functions

Administrative & Operational Support: (10 - 20% of time)

• Handle class scheduling, attendance tracking, and basic reporting

• Maintain organized records and ensure accurate data entry

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

*Interviews, field evaluation, and a 3-month observation period will be mandatory for all new employees.
