Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Youth Soccer Instructor to join their team in Keller, Texas. This role allows you to make a positive impact on children’s lives by promoting life skills through soccer.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and an open mind, ready to lead exciting and educational activities. Coaches can earn between $20 and $40 per hour, enjoy flexible schedules, and receive various bonuses and benefits.

The Position:

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Early Childhood Soccer Instructor! Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development.

• Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment
• Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
• And finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

New Coaches can work 3-15 classes a week and can earn from $20 per hr up to $40 per hr.
