Job summary

Safe N Sound YMCA in Naperville, IL is seeking an Inclusion Aide to provide 1:1 support to youth with disabilities within Y programs, promoting participation and independence.

You will collaborate with staff and families to create inclusive experiences, modeling positive behavior and ensuring a safe environment. This part-time role offers weekday AM/PM shifts with a focus on compassionate, mission-driven service.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ years old with relevant experience or coursework in childcare, education, or recreation.
• Experience working with children (disabilities preferred).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Passion for inclusion and the YMCA's mission.
