Safe N Sound YMCA in Naperville, IL is seeking an Inclusion Aide to provide 1:1 support to youth with disabilities within Y programs, promoting participation and independence.

You will collaborate with staff and families to create inclusive experiences, modeling positive behavior and ensuring a safe environment. This part-time role offers weekday AM/PM shifts with a focus on compassionate, mission-driven service.

Position Type: Part Time
Salary Range: $18.50 - $19.00 Hourly

As an Inclusion Aide, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting one or more individuals who have a disability and are enrolled in Y programs to promote participation in program activities and independence to the fullest extent possible. You will ensure that individualized needs of participants are met, while serving as a professional role model and guide program participants through activities that support a positive learning climate and development of life skills and healthy and safe behaviors.
