Priority Dispatch Corp. in Palatine, IL is seeking an Inclusion Aide to support youth with disabilities enrolled in YMCA programs. This part-time role focuses on one-to-one assistance, promoting participation, independence, and a safe, respectful learning environment.

You will collaborate with staff and families, model inclusive behavior, and help participants develop life skills and healthy routines. The position offers weekday AM/PM shifts, benefits, and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ years old relevant experience or coursework in childcare, education, or recreation.
• Experience working with children (experience with disabilities preferred).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Passion for inclusion and the Y’s mission.
