Job summary

The City of Shoreview Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a part-time Recreation Program Coordinator to lead youth, teen, and adaptive recreation programs. You will help design, implement, and evaluate inclusive activities that enhance quality of life for residents.

Hours: 25 hours per week, generally Monday–Thursday 10:00 am–4:30 pm, with occasional evenings and weekends. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience in recreation programming, plus supervisory experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in parks & recreation, leisure studies, early childhood, elementary education or closely related field.
• One year experience in general recreation programming.
• One year supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle report.
