TGTHR seeks a Part-Time Peer Support Specialist in Boulder, CO to provide client-centered advocacy and support for youth transitioning from homelessness to stable housing. The role emphasizes lived experience with mental health or substance use, trauma-informed care, and crisis response.

Responsibilities include one-to-one and group support, documenting in Salesforce, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Lived experience with homelessness and mental health/substance use required.
• Two years of stable housing.
• Two years of active participation in personal recovery (all pathways honored).
• High school diploma or GED; work experience acceptable in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one peer support using lived experience to validate clients' experiences.
• Facilitate group peer support sessions and foster a trauma-informed environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and complete documentation in Salesforce.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and participate in weekly staff meetings.
• Assist clients with transitioning into and maintaining housing and coordinate with providers.
