Job summary

Goldbelt Heritage Foundation (GHF) is seeking a Project Coordinator – Náaku Daat Yéi Jiné to coordinate, implement, and evaluate a grant-funded program. It aims to introduce high school youth to healthcare careers in the Juneau area, working with schools, healthcare providers, and community partners.

This role resides in the Youth & Education department and supports pathways into postsecondary training and employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, healthcare, public health, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• At least 2 years coordinating youth programs or healthcare/education projects.
• Experience with grant-funded programs and reporting is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and deliver program activities, workshops, and events focused on healthcare career exploration.
• Develop schedules and coordinate curricula implementation and experiential learning opportunities (e.g., internships, mentorship).
• Ensure programming aligns with grant goals, objectives, and reporting requirements.
• Monitor program performance and report data for evaluation and sustainability planning.
