Job summary

The Health Promotions Coordinator for the ETTH Grant at Boston Public Schools will support and coordinate health campaigns, trainings, and engagement activities across district schools. The role partners with OHW and other departments to promote youth health, equity, and access to resources, while ensuring timely grant reporting and program evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.) and Canva.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop/adapt, and disseminate health campaigns and communications for grant project areas across the district.
• Maintain an e-library of resources related to health and wellness for staff access.
• Coordinate professional development and provide technical assistance to school staff.
• Assist with grant reporting data and monthly reporting.
• Coordinate and facilitate the ETTH Youth Advisory Board and student-led health campaigns.
