Job summary

The Ridge RTC is seeking a Group Therapist to join our residential treatment team in New Hampshire. You will lead 6–7 psychoeducational and skill-based groups daily and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address client needs, while maintaining safety and high-quality clinical care.

The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in psychology, counseling or related field, at least two years of behavioral health experience, experience with youth, and relevant licensure (LCMHC or MFT

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, addiction, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral healthcare setting.
• Minimum of two years of work or volunteer experience with adolescents.
• LCMHC and/or Marriage and Family Therapy Associate license.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates 6–7 psychoeducational and skill-based clinical groups daily.
• Performs initial intake assessments including biopsychosocial assessments.
• Provides crisis intervention as needed.
• Maintains group progress notes and electronic files.
