Job summary

The Ridge RTC in New Hampshire is seeking an Young Adult Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy to young adults aged 18–20 as part of a structured treatment episode. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients from admission through aftercare, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.

Candidates typically hold a Master’s in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field and NH licensure or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Clinical mental health or behavioral health experience in a professional setting.
• Experience with young adults aged 18–20, in therapy formats.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field; Doctoral enrollment acceptable.
• Licensure in NH or eligibility/transfer ability is required (LMFT, CMHC, LCSW, or Psychologist).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to young adults.
• Conduct clinical interviews and assessments with patients and guardians.
• Develop rapport across a 28–35 day treatment episode and document progress.
• Communicate clinical information to multidisciplinary teams and support aftercare planning.
• Ensure ethical standards and compliance with licensing requirements.
