The position requires a Bachelor’s in a human services field, 6 months of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and availability afternoons/evenings plus Saturdays. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field from an accredited university or college.
• At least 6 months of hands‑on experience working with children, adolescents, transition‑aged youth, or families.
• A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, a reliable vehicle, and a willingness to transport clients.
• Afternoon, evening and Saturday availability is required.

Aufgaben

• Plan and co-facilitate interactive sessions focused on social-emotional skill-building, community integration, psychoeducation, and vocational preparation.
• Deliver impactful therapeutic intervention and group interventions directly within the community for youth and families.
• Collaborate closely with other providers, natural supports, and families to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Provide and arrange reliable transportation for clients to and from group activities to eliminate barriers to clients accessing care.
• Keep timely, accurate documentation and manage a flexible group schedule that adapts to client needs (afternoon and evening availability required).
