Job summary

Vital Health in Northwest Ohio is seeking a Youth Group Facilitator to lead therapeutic groups for adolescents in recovery. The role focuses on guiding group discussions, supporting behavior change, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Maumee, with hours 12pm-8pm. The ideal candidate holds QMHS and CDCA credentials, has 2+ years of experience, and can collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active QMHS credential and CDCA certification are required.
• 2+ years of experience in group facilitation or youth services preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.
• Comfortable leading group discussions and promoting behavioral change.
• Computer proficiency with Google Workspace is expected.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate youth recovery groups and support goal setting.
• Provide group services across levels of care (IOP, Day Treatment, PHP).
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in weekly treatment team meetings.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and multidisciplinary staff.
• Uphold confidentiality standards and agency policies.

Vital Health is an integrated behavioral health and primary care center serving adults and youth in Northwest Ohio. Our mission is to provide compassionate, individualized care and support recovery for our community.

We are seeking a Youth Group Facilitator to lead therapeutic groups for adolescents in recovery. The ideal candidate has experience working with diverse populations and can manage group dynamics while supporting behavior change.

Hours

12pm-8pm

Responsibilities

• Facilitate youth recovery groups and support goal setting
• Provide group services across levels of care (IOP, Day Treatment, PHP)
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in weekly treatment team meetings
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and multidisciplinary staff
