The role requires a valid Ohio CDCA certification; QMHP III certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• CDCA certification in Ohio is required.
• QMHP III certification preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and co-facilitate group therapy sessions under supervision of a licensed counselor.
• Provide client support and participate in treatment planning.
