Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with children and families.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; annual MVR check.
• Own transportation (mileage reimbursed) for travel as required.
• Meets auto insurance requirements per Boys Town policy and laws.
• On-call availability; CPR certification obtained during pre-service training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and effective provision of services with adherence to safety policies.
• Provide ongoing supervision and education related to safety and abuse risk.
• Respond promptly to reports of suspicious or inappropriate behavior and follow abuse reporting requirements.
• Supervise and support staff in planning for future services and community supports.
• Monitor documentation, referrals, and program records ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Facilitate Focus meetings, progress reviews, and staff meetings; maintain responsiveness to crises 24/7.
• Develop career paths for Specialists and build relationships with community funding and agencies.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and accrediting standards.
