Job summary

Kaplan House in Manhattan, operated by the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services, seeks a Cook to plan, prepare, and serve three balanced meals daily in a residential setting for adolescents and young adults. You will ensure adherence to nutrition, safety, sanitation, and Kosher requirements while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; a Food Handler license is required.
• Previous kitchen or food-prep experience preferred.

• Order food and supplies weekly using the agency ordering system.
