Job summary

OHB is hiring a cook to prepare and serve nutritious meals for youth, following menus and dietary guidelines. The role requires maintaining a clean kitchen, completing USDA paperwork, and ensuring food safety compliance.

You will also assist with catered events and engage youth in meal preparation. Candidates should be 21+, hold a high school diploma, and have at least 2 years of related cooking experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of related cooking experience (commercial or large-scale preferred).
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain high sanitation standards.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) and basic first aid knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals following menus and dietary guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.
• Complete USDA paperwork and ensure food safety compliance.
