Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a Sports Coordinator - FLAG FOOTBALL in Denver to enhance the youth experience by developing players and assisting coaches during practices and games. You will observe, assess, and support coaches across age groups, ensuring the instructional aspects are delivered with safety and enthusiasm.

The role requires hands-on involvement with practices and games, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships with players, families, and staff throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge preferred.
• Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and solve problems.
• Awareness and ability to take charge to ensure player safety.
• Positive attitude with strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings over the season.

Job Summary

The Sports Coordinator - FLAG FOOTBALL is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands‑on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
• Supervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
