Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Kids Instructor to deliver best-in-class educational and fitness-minded programming for children ages three months to 11 years in the Kids Academy. You will organize, instruct, and run activities, and may host parties and events to boost engagement while maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• Less than a high school diploma or GED.
• First Aid certification and Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED required within 60 days.
• Completion of all Kids On-Demand Required Learnings prior to first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Instructs activities to foster cognitive, social, emotional and physical development.
• Prepares and sets up for class and transfers kids to and from programming.
• Maintains attendance, development and incident records.
• Ensures a safe, healthy environment and manages behavior with parents and team.
• Promotes Junior programming and engages participants in Kids & Aquatics events.
