The FLY Initiative is seeking a Personal Finance Educator to deliver core financial literacy curriculum to students in schools and community settings. You will adapt lessons to diverse learners and collaborate with site staff to ensure engaging, culturally responsive instruction.

Ideal candidates have a background in education or youth development with a passion for empowering underserved youth through practical personal finance skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Finance, Youth Development, or related field.
• 1–3 years teaching, training, or youth facilitation experience.
• Strong content knowledge in personal finance or willingness to be trained.

Responsabilités

• Deliver FLY's curriculum to students in schools and community-based settings.
• Customize lessons to meet student needs while maintaining fidelity to learning objectives.
• Maintain inclusive and interactive classroom environments that support diverse learners.
• Support outreach activities, special events, or public workshops as needed.
• Complete session summaries and student engagement logs.
