Walker Therapeutic & Educational Programs is seeking a Therapeutic Mentor/TT&S to provide community-based therapeutic support to youth and families across home, school, and community settings. You will deliver skill-based interventions, mentoring, and family support as part of a coordinated care plan to promote emotional regulation, social functioning, and stability.

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Experience working therapeutically with children and families.
• Strong communication and collaboration within a clinical team.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized therapeutic support to youth and caregivers to build emotion regulation and social functioning.
• Collaborate with clinical treatment teams to implement goals in treatment plans.
• Offer one-to-one mentoring and coaching to youth for skill development and positive engagement.
• Support families to strengthen routines and stability and promote reunifications when needed.
• Deliver services in homes and community settings with culturally responsive approaches.
