Job summary

Qualifications

• Six years of experience in administrative services, public health, social services, or health services.
• Six years of full-time experience in any field plus three years in administrative/public health/social services/health services.
• A bachelor's degree plus three years in administrative services, public health, social services, or health services.
• An advanced degree in a social science field, public health, counseling, social work, rehabilitation services, business, public, or health administration, or Juris Doctorate plus two years of experience in administrative services, public health, social services, or health services.

Responsibilities

• Supports youth and family engagement - assists with communication, service coordination, and problem-solving between youth, families, and program staff.
• Monitors program quality - reviews service delivery, documentation, and compliance with agency standards to ensure consistent, youth-centered practices.
• Provides consultation to staff - offers guidance to program teams on policies, procedures, and best-practice approaches in social services.
• Supports data and reporting needs - collects information, prepares reports, and assists with tracking program outcomes and service trends.
• Coordinates service activities - helps organize meetings, youth/family sessions, and collaborative activities with internal and external partners.
• Assists with problem resolution - helps address concerns raised by youth, families, or staff and supports timely follow-up.
• Performs additional duties - completes tasks assigned by leadership to support social-services operations.
