Job summary

YMCA is seeking a Youth & Family Director to lead and coordinate our diverse youth and family programs, including Gymnastics, Dance, Kids Play, Youth Sports, and seasonal offerings. The role emphasizes safety, creativity, and a high-quality participant experience, while guiding staff and collaborating with partners to innovate and grow programs.

The Director will manage budgets, support marketing and enrollment efforts, and contribute to fundraising activities, including the Annual Campaign.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience overseeing diverse youth and enrichment programs.
• Project management experience across multi-phase or seasonal initiatives.
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic accounting/finance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee current Youth and Family programs and new development.
• Set operating standards and program objectives for quality and growth.
• Direct staff, supervise program teams, and ensure safety.
• Support marketing, enrollment, and engagement goals.
• Coordinate facility use, budget management, and fundraising initiatives.
